I'm excited to share with you this free meditation I've created. It's something I've been asked for, for a while for many clients, guests on retreats, so here it is . . . with many more to come.
Yoga and Mesitation is not just about coming to a yoga class once a week, it's about creating small changes in your life. I want to give you tools and techniques which you can take with you in your daily lives and use in the times you really need them.
Meditation has been a daily practice for me for almost 2 years now, it's normally short 5-10 minutes. But it's a fantastic tool if you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stressed. It can bring about that stability we all need along with a sense of calm to you and your environment.
So if you feel like you need 5 mins on your own, have had a stressful afternoon on need to switch off before bed, listen to this 5 minute meditation.
