BOOKING TREATMENTS

Website

On our website you can scroll down to the treatment section where you’ll find an explanation of our treatments and a BOOK NOW button which will take you to our calendar. You can choose an appointment with either Jo, Kev or see all available appointments. 

Facebook

You can book via the BOOK NOW button on our Facebook page.

Contact us

Our appointments are listed on our booking system, we update these regularly. If for any reason you are unable to attend one of the appointments listed, or would rather contact us then please get in touch and we will try our best to accommodate.

How do I pay?

When booking you will be given the option to pay the full amount or a deposit of £20, the final payment can be made when you arrive for your appointment.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

You will be sent a confirmation email, you are able to reschedule and cancel your treatment by clicking on the Change/Cancel Appointment link in your confirmation email.

When you click the Change/Cancel Appointment link, you’re brought to your appointment confirmation page, where you’ll be given options to cancel or reschedule. Any changes must be made 24 hours before your appointment. See our T’s & C’s here.

BOOKING YOGA CLASSES

How do I book a yoga class?

On our website, select YOGA from the menu and you will find a list of yoga classes and events.

Regular Classes

Book and pay for a one off class, you may want to come along and try a class before committing to a block.

Block of classes

Book a block of 5 classes for Tuesday and Thursday classes. Click here and pay for 5 upfront classes and then schedule your classes on dates that suit you. The block of 5 classes are available for 49 days, you will be given a code to enter when booking classes. 

Workshops & Events

All our workshops and events are listed on our website, facebook page and on our booking system.

How do I pay?

When booking you will be asked to pay upfront for your classes. At the moment we are using Paypal but we will be taking card payments soon. 

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We are aiming to make this as simple and easy as possible, if there are any problems, please contact us and let us know and we’ll do our best to resolve them.

 

Why register for an account?

After you schedule your first appointment, you’re given the option to register for a client account on your client scheduling page. This allows you to:

  • Bypass any forms already filled out when scheduling future appointments.
  • Sign in to your client scheduling page to reschedule or cancel existing appointments.
  • View all upcoming and past appointments that have been scheduled while logged into their account.
  • See any active package codes on their account, as well as what they can be used for.
