Yoga for tight shoulders
Our society today with the use of computers, tablets and mobile phones as well as sitting and driving mean our shoulders are rotating forward and our upper back is tight. It's also an area we hold onto tension. Spend a few minutes on each postures focusing on opening the shoulder, especially if you've been sitting at a desk or driving for long periods of time.
Spend 30 secs to 5 mins on each pose. Take it easy to start with, allow your shoulders to open naturally.
