Corporate Health + Wellness Days at The Barn

Get away from the office, surround yourself in nature, small corporate team building days focussing on your physical and mental health. Suitable for small teams of up to 16

Example FULL DAY Itinerary

  • Arrive 8.30 - 9am - Tea, coffee, snacks

  • 9.00 - 10.30am - Morning Yoga practice

  • 10.30 - 11am - Breakfast

  • 11am - 1pm - Time for meeting project planning and treatments

  • 1pm - Lunch

  • 2.00 - 3.00 - Mindfulness Walk on Netherton Farm Land

  • 3.00 - 4.30pm - Time for meeting project planning and treatments

  • 4.30 - 5pm - Closing Meditation focussing on creating focus and success

Prices varies from £200 for venue hire only to £995 including food and workshops

Corporate Health + Wellness in your Workplace

Enjoy a yoga practice in your own workplace, choose from a one off class to a block of 6 or 8 weeks. The class can be tailored to the needs of your staff, do you want to focus on something more relaxing and restorative or address issues such as injury and stress. 

Yoga - On Off Yoga class

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa is sanskrit for Flow. The sequence changes, each class is different but will include a lot of the same poses. The yoga postures flow in a continuous movement from one posture the next, linking each posture to the breath.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga targets the connective tissue around the joints, uses props and attention to the breath. Most postures are held for longer periods of time (1-10 minutes). The body moves slowly into postures. This is a slow. quiet, meditative practice. Simple & magic but not necessarily easy!

Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Simply Restorative -  slow paced style of yoga that’s extremely calming for the mind, body and nervous system. Restorative yoga makes use of props to support the body as it relaxes into poses over the course of several minutes.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra means Yogic Sleep, it is a state of conscious deep sleep.  30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is the equivalent of 3-4 hours of deep sleep

‘Doing nothing’ in our society today rarely happens, life is hectic, chaotic, fast paced and accessible. When was the last time you took time to rest? Which didn’t involved a reading a book, watching TV, or sleeping. Yoga Nidra is a guided class of complete relaxation. It can be anywhere for 10 minutes – 40 minutes long, you are guided through a yogic-sleep where you will be completely relaxed but totally aware.
