Chair yoga is an alternative to a mat-based practice. Chair yoga is practiced either sitting in a chair or standing using the chair for support. Avoiding pressure on wrists and knees and there is no need to get up and down.

Level 1 - Suitable for beginners, seniors, recommended for injury or illness recovery

It’s a time of assessing where we are and figure out what's working for us, what we need to let go of, shifting into a different, slower gear.
