We aim to make our booking, simple, easy and effective

save time going back and forth findING a suitable appointment.


Our booking system can be accessed from the button on the main page of our website, our Facebook page and various sections around our website

(like the button below).


  • Click Here or any other Book Now button on our website, Facebook page or from our email newsletters

  • Choose an appointment type (KCR, Yoga, Cupping, Ayurveda)

  • Then select a therapist, then a suitable available date and time for your appointment.

  • Enter your first name, last name, phone, and email. We always ask for these, to send you a reminder about your appointment.

  • Complete our Intake Form questions, this allows us to find our more about your health, injuries, illness etc.

  • A full payment (or a deposit) is required to complete your booking. We accept Paypal and debit or credit cards.

  • Once the appointment is confirmed, you are immediately sent an email confirmation (please check your spam as sometimes we end up in there). You also have the option to register for an account to remember your information to check on your booking.

  • If you need to change or cancel your appointment you can do this via your email conformation or through your account if you choose to register (you can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance)

  • You can register for an account at anytime via your confirmation email.

  • Booking in advance is essential.

  • Class can be cancelled or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance, if cancelled less than 24hrs in advance full payment will be taken.

  • Cancelling or rescheduling is done via our booking system, please do not email to reschedule.

  • When booking a class pass - you will be given a code to use. You then have to book your individual class (see more info below).


  • Find your confirmation email or log in

  • Click Change / Cancel booking

  • For example - If you are moving your class from one Tuesday class to the following week, click reschedule. If you want to change your class from Tuesday to Wednesday, click cancel class and rebook onto a different class.


Booking packages such as class passes or treatment plans which give you more than one class or more than one treatment, you will be given a CODE when booking which might be something like ABC21EF0. This does not mean your appointment is booked, you then need to choose your appointment, day and time, then enter the code (so you are not charged again) to confirm your booking. Your code can be found on your confirmation email or if you have registered you can log into your account.


  • Click one of the links below for 5 or 10 class passes

  • Enter your name, email etc

  • Click Pay Now and Complete order (we accept credit cards and Paypal)

  • Click Pay and Finish

  • An Order Receipt will be displayed (this will also be emailed to you) on this order receipt will be a certificate code such as - ABC21EF0.

  • The word Schedule will be next to your code. Click and select which class you would like to attend.

  • Your code is available on your email or on your account if you choose to register.

  • Watch the video if you need any additional help

  • You will always get a confirmation email to confirm your booking, please check your Spam folder as it may have gone in there by mistake.

+ What is your Cancellation Policy?

Classes or appointments must be cancelled or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You can do this by clicking Change / Cancel booking at the bottom of your confirmation email or by logging into the booking system. Classes not cancelled or rescheduled will not be refunded. Emailing us does not count as cancelling or rescheduling

+ Can I transfer my yoga class booking to an appointment?

Please note yoga class passes are for regular weekly yoga classes only, all other events are block bookings or seperate bookings. Yoga passes cannot be transferred to an appointment.

+ Can you rescedhule an appointment for me?

Possibly, if you are struggling with changing your appointment please speak to us and we can help you work the booking system. This must be done in adavnce of the 24 hours. Changing or cancelling an appointment is your responsbility. Emailing us does not mean you have changed or cancelled your booking.

+ Forgotten your username or password?

Use your email address as your username, please don't create a new account for example using Jo Buchan and then another account with J Buchan, as you will not see any current bookings or have access to your class pass code. Like any other system it's simple to change your password if you forget.
