Our yoga and Ayurveda day retreat starts at the heart of all health problems according to Ayurveda our Digestion. When our digestion is strong we will have good health, immunity and a person can live a long and healthy life.
Spend a day with other women and focus on yourself. As women we are often the person taking care of others and our own health and needs can be forgotten. We’ll spend the day practicing yoga, vinyasa flow, yin and restorative yoga and discussion Yoga and Ayurveda’s view on women’s health.
Ayurveda is yoga's sister science. Spend a day practicing yoga from an Ayurveda perspective. Learn about an Ayurveda approach to life and health and some simple ways you can start to bring these philosophies on into your own life to promote health and longevity.
