Our 4 week course is a time for you to learn the foundations of yoga and build confidence to attend class or practice at home.

This yoga class with be led by Ruth with a max 14 people, practice in a safe and supported environment in a quiet and luxurious location.

Our Yoga Day Retreats encourage you to take a day for you, your body, your health

The day retreat will start with a yoga practice focussing on the season we’re in - Autumn. This is a period of transition for us as the weather becomes colder and nights darker. It’s a time of assessing where we are and figure out what's working for us, what we need to let go of, shifting into a different, slower gear.
