“I really enjoyed the entire day but I'd say my favourite part was the first yoga class. Really enjoy learning new poses and pushing my body a little further each time. I was really tense and nervous before the retreat. After the retreat was the most relaxed I have ever felt! Not felt that chilled out in a while. Also, I felt more confident too. I have honestly not felt that relaxed and clear minded in forever. It's amazing how a few hours can change how you look at everything.”
