4 week course

We know how much yoga can help improve mental health. Which is why we’ve signed the SAMH Charter for Physical Activity and Sport because we agree with them that “Being active isn’t just good for our physical health; it’s also proven to have a positive effect on our mental health and wellbeing.”

This 4 weeks course will cover yoga postures, breathing, meditation, we’ll discuss Ayurveda and Hawaiian techniques to help give you tools and coping mechanisms.

Practice yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Yoga truly is for every body, it’s not about being able to touch your toes, yoga is about moving and breathing intentionally, understanding our own bodies and being in the present moment.

CLASS MINIMUM: This class requires a minimum of six people to run. If six people are not signed up by the class date, class will be cancelled and you will receive a refund or the opportunity to transfer your payment to future events.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registrations that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full cost of the class. We are happy to transfer your reservation to a friend to come in your place.
