Do you want to have better posture? Do you want to sleep better, reduce your pain, feel stronger and more energised?
This beginners yoga workshop will cover some of the basic yoga postures, breathing, meditation and some additional tools, to help you experience yoga and start you on your yoga journey. We will teach you some essentials you will need to start practicing yoga, laying the foundations and building confidence to attend regular yoga classes or begin a home yoga practice.
This course is for you if >>>>
+ You are new to yoga and never practiced yoga before
+ You are recovering from injury or illness
+ You want to try something new.
+ You’ve practice yoga or have done in the past but want to go back to some yoga foundations and look at your practice from a new perspective.
CLASS MINIMUM: This class requires a minimum of six people to run. If six people are not signed up by the class date, class will be cancelled and you will receive a refund or the opportunity to transfer your payment to future events.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any registrations that are cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full cost of the class. We are happy to transfer your reservation to a friend to come in your place.
