Cleanse + Reset Yoga Day Retreat

Take a day for you, your body, your health.

I believe you should take time out of your busy schedule to focus on you, let’s face it when you don’t work, nothing else does!

Our Day retreat is focussed on cleaning and reset our system, let’s face it as much as we loooove Christmas it’s a lot of stress on our mind and body.

We’ll start gentle with a yoga practice to help stimulate our digestive system, practicing postures such as twists, core, standing postures to build some heat and release stagnation. This will be a nourishing flowing yoga practice, we don’t want you feeling burnt out.

We will then have a beautiful nourishing breakfast followed by a talk and demonstration about Ayurveda and how we can prepare some recipes and remedies at home to help continue to cleanse and reset helping to rejuvenate the body.

After breakfast we’ll be focussing on techniques which you can use in your

We’ll complete the day with a restorative practice and deep relaxation to leave you feeling, calm and energy restored.

12.30-2pm Restorative Yoga / Yoga Nidra

2pm - Close, feel free to stay for a cuppa and some leftovers.
