6 Week Block of classes | Drop In Class available

Monday | 5.45pm - 6.45pm (60 minutes) | Yoga for ages 12-16 with Ruth

Tuesday | 5.15pm - 6.15pm (60 minutes) | Yoga for ages 17-21with Jo

  • Develops strength, flexibility

  • Improve coordination + balance

  • Improve focus and concentration

  • Strengthening muscles and bones

  • Increasing self-awareness, confidence and self-esteem

  • Relaxation and calming. 

  • Reduces tension, stress and anxiety
