This is a 6 week group coaching program to help you map out and discover YOUR healthiest way of living.
We all want to feel our best, we often feel motivated by New Year, a fresh start. So let’s do this together, this is why we’ve created this program, in two different formats to give you an option that suits you best. If you are local to West Lothian / North Lanarkshire or are committed to driving 30 mins from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling, then we would love to join us in person at The Barn for an In Person experience in a supported environment.
But you may not live close by, have other commitments, children, responsibilities, which is why we’re also taking this course online, so you can still be part of it and take charge of your health.
