Spend a day with other women and focus on yourself. As women we are often the person taking care of others and our own health and needs can be forgotten.
We’ll spend the day practicing yoga, vinyasa flow, yin and restorative yoga and discussion Yoga and Ayurveda’s view on women’s health.
The vinyasa flow class is designed to explore the hips and pelvis, offering some simple techniques you can use at home to identify problems, find release in your deeper layers of tissues. Moving through yoga in an environment that provides you with support and makes you feel safe yet strong and confident in your own body.
Find some positive changes and solutions to women's health issues you may be facing and find inspiration to set you on a path to create those positive changes. Feel empowered, recognise where you are, what you need to release and let go of and what you benefit you to change and add into your life.
Topics to be covered are: Energy flow through the pelvis, connective tissue, breast health, eliminating period pain, menopause, finding your strength, becoming more grounded, calm and centred.
