I’ve been doing yoga with Jo for a while now and can’t recommend her highly enough. She strikes the perfect balance for me between challenging you physically and giving you a workout but also ensuring that you leave relaxed and energised. Love it!
I went to a KCR session with Jo a couple of weeks ago on the recommendation of a friend. I actually went because of an issue with my neck and shoulders, however after a session with Jo lots of places that have hurt for so long I had stopped noticing were better. In particular, I’ve had my first pain free runs since having children, which I think is to do with pelvic realignment. I’ve also been attending yoga classes with Jo and have found my overall flexibility and mobility improved. Thank you Jo, would recommend to anyone considering KCR!
First visit today with Kev, and he managed to sort out a problem i have had with a displaced hip since birth that no one has ever tried to cure. Great start totally impressed. Well worth it. Thanks Kev.
