YOGA is for every body at every stage of your life, I started my yoga journey at age 15 as a way to help lower back pain after a fractured my coccyx (tailbone) resulting in lower back pain. I’ve used yoga to help me improve my strength and confidence, through grief, times of stress, injury, recovery from surgery, there will be times in your life you have to adapt to your circumstances to the seasons and to our physical capabilities.

But much more than that, yoga has help me to accept and love who I am giving me guidelines to live my best life.

AYURVEDA, yoga’s sister science is a medical system of treating illness but also a complete guide to living a vibrant, healthy life, helping you to reach your full potential. It looks at the whole person working with nutrition which is right for you, Ayurvedic herbs, and lifestyle advice.

this three part mini series will help you to;

  • PART 1 - This will guide you through some basic yoga postures including breathing techniques, physical postures (asana) body locks so you have the foundation, you are grounded, strong and can build on your yoga practice. A great practice to do whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for a while. 

  • PART 2 - You’ll discover your home DIY yoga toolkit to help make your practice effortless. How you can use your toolkit to support and deepen your practice. Using support can help you to deepen your breath, improve you posture, develop your flexibility in a safe way.

  • PART 3 - Ayurveda - Yoga’s sister science, learn how you can begin to understand yourself, your mind, you body and develop a deep awareness. Building strength to the digestive system can improve your mood, clear the channels of the body to allow the tissues. Our body has such a powerful ability to heal itself, it just needs the correct conditions. This allows you to reach your full and true potential.
