We offer treatments in Kinetic Chain Release (KCR), Connective Tissue Release (CTR) and Women's Health. We have both trained under Hugh Gilbert for 4 years and are honoured to call him our friend and mentor. We are also training to become teachers of KCR Level 1 course and have put in over 250 hours of training. We believe passionately about KCR because it's helped us personally recover from injuries but it's helped us to change our lives, become better people, deal with past traumas and now we can help you.
When we talk about KCR, we refer to everything KCR encompasses, the KCR protocol, connective tissue, breath work, energy and for Jo women's health. We've spend 4 years working with hundreds of men, women and children, helping to reduce pain, injury, improve energy levels, sleep, self-esteem, confidence.

Following on from KCR, your body may require some Connective Tissue Release (CTR). Our Connective Tissue is like a 3D spider web in our body which flows from head to foot without any interruption. Our connective tissue surrounds every muscle, bone, nerve, blood vessel, and organ of the body, right down to the cellular level. It stores our movement patterns, thoughts and emotions.

Women's health is a treatment specifically created to cover many of the problems women have to deal with, from irregular, painful periods to symptoms of menopause, childbirth, breast cancer as well as how all of these things have an affect on us at a mental and emotional level. The treatment included KCR along with some mobilisations specifically for the female body to help ease pain and discomfort.
